 Kaccha Aam ki Chatni (Launji)


Kachha Aam or Raw Mango is the best appetizer in summers that improves digestion as well as provides relief from gastric issues. 




Ingredients

2 Raw Mango (green)
pinch of fennel (Saunf)
pinch of Nigella Seeds (kalunji)
pinch of fenugreek seeds (Methi Dana)
oil
salt
red chilly powder 
turmeric
sugar

Method:
In a pan, add oil. Add fenugreek seeds, kalonji & saunf. Put chopped raw mangoes. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder & sugar. Add half a cup of boil. Cook it until get thicken.
